Privacy and production data
Privacy Policy
Wraptable is built for private production work. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, where service providers are involved, and the choices available to account owners.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as names, email addresses, profile information, workspace memberships, project roles, login and invite activity, support messages, and basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, and security events.
Project content may include scripts, breakdown data, schedules, call sheets, images, documents, receipts, videos, review notes, messages, logos, and other materials users choose to add to a workspace.
How we use information
We use this information to operate, secure, support, and improve Wraptable, including to:
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
- Apply workspace, project, and sensitive-document permissions.
- Process uploads and produce user-requested production records and exports.
- Send account, invite, call-sheet, and workflow communications.
- Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate errors, and retain audit activity.
Scripts and project files
Users retain responsibility for and rights to their project materials. Wraptable uses uploaded content only to provide the workspace features requested by users, maintain the service, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. We do not sell scripts or project files.
Workspace access is controlled by project membership and role. Users should treat direct file links and distributed exports as sensitive, invite only people authorized to see a production, and keep independent backups of irreplaceable source material.
Security
Wraptable uses layered safeguards designed to protect account information and production materials. These include encryption for data in transit and managed data at rest, permissioned workspace access, protected account sessions, monitored abuse prevention, and operational records that help us investigate suspicious activity.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their login credentials, review collaborator access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity to us.
AI-assisted features
Current and planned AI-assisted features are governed by our AI Use Notice. Wraptable does not use customer account data, project data, scripts, media, documents, or prompts to train AI models. Content may be processed only when needed to provide a user-requested AI feature.
Service providers
We rely on contracted providers for hosting, managed databases, file storage and delivery, email, video, payments, monitoring, analytics, and—when enabled—AI processing. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their service and operate under their own security and privacy terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account or workspace is active and as reasonably needed for backups, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and service continuity. Beta retention and export controls may evolve. Account owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us.
Contact and changes
Privacy or data requests can be sent to hello@wraptable.com. We may update this policy as the beta and its providers evolve; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
