Terms for the private beta
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Wraptable, including accounts, project collaboration, uploaded production materials, workflow tools, communications, storage, exports, and beta features.
Beta service
Wraptable is currently a private beta. Features, integrations, storage limits, pricing, retention behavior, and export workflows may change as the service is tested and improved. Access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued to protect the service or comply with law.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Project owners, admins, and producers are responsible for invites, team roles, sensitive-document access, and materials distributed from their workspaces.
Your materials
You retain ownership of scripts, media, documents, and other content you submit. You grant Wraptable and its service providers a limited right to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and format that content only as needed to operate the service, perform requested workflows, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share every project material, including confidential information and personal information about cast, crew, clients, or vendors.
AI disclosure
AI-assisted features may process user-selected content to suggest breakdown candidates, summaries, schedule risks, call-sheet checks, or other production assistance. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate and must be reviewed by a qualified person before use.
Wraptable does not use customer data or scripts to train AI models. Additional details and limitations appear in the AI Use Notice, which is incorporated into these terms.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Wraptable to:
- Upload malware, unlawful content, or material that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Bypass access controls, probe the service without permission, scrape accounts, or interfere with operations.
- Harass, impersonate, exploit, or endanger another person.
- Use generated output as a substitute for required legal, financial, employment, or safety review.
Availability and backups
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. Keep independent copies of scripts, signed agreements, payroll or tax records, final media, and other irreplaceable material. Wraptable is not the sole archival system for a production during beta.
Payments
Paid plans, when enabled, may be processed by third-party payment providers. Pricing, billing intervals, included usage, cancellation terms, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase.
Disputes
To the fullest extent allowed by law, disputes related to Wraptable will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for qualifying small-claims matters or injunctive relief involving intellectual property, security, or confidential information. Class actions and jury trials are waived where permitted.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to hello@wraptable.com. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Wraptable after updated terms take effect means accepting them.
